Network Solutions is a domain service company. They provide dotnetnuke as part of their site enhancement package. I installed dotnetnuke according to their directions, but cannot access the host or admin service pages. Instead, the pages have an error message "Parser Error: Child Nodes Not Allowed" pointing to an empty line in the web.config file. They have said it is custom code and they will not help me with it. Can anyone in this forum give me a clue? I am pretty much a website developing novice although I have other development experience.
