What & Where Permissions need in order to install Module via Module Setting?

Modules are installed under Host->Module Definitions not under any Module Settings so only a Host can install modules.

well it was a bad question from my side...

I ment what permission on phisical/web folders need to install module?

The account your site runs under (NETWORK SERVICE by default but your host may have setup a special account) needs Modify rights to the your DNN install.
