I am having a problem with my installation, I keep getting this:

Access to the path 'C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Portal\\DotNetNuke.config' is denied.

The first problem is that there is a double slash so "\\" how do I correct that or why is that happening?

Second, there is no DotNetNuke.config file in my root portal directory what do I do about that?

Background:

I am creating this based on a starter kit for VS2005. I am using the newest .NetNuke code and I am creating it on a remote server through frontpage extensions. The server is mine and I have full control over it so if something there needs to be changed then just let me know. I was creating the site directly on my server but when the portal was opened any internet clients trying to view it would get rejected and the status bar at the bottom of the page would indicate that the portal was actually trying to redirect to localhost I am only doing the remote host install to fix that and since I started the remote host I get the error above.

Thanks in advance for anyone who helps with this and I can provide any information required to solve the problem.
