1. changed web config for webhost settings.

2. uploaded latest install version to web server.

3. opened up my browser and browsed to the install directory to begin install and on page load this is the error I get:

Server Error in '/fuzionweb' Application.

Did you change the databaseOwner and objectQualifier settings when you upgraded? Where they defined before your upgrade in the web.config file?
