I am having trouble locating the information needed to move my DNN site from a subdirectory where I was developing it to the root directory.  Does anyone have some quick pointers on how to do this?

Thanks in advance

You need to do a couple of things.  First, add the domain to your portal aliases (without the subdirectory).  Then, point IIS to the root DNN folder.  After that, you will have broken paths for all of the image and link references that are in the Text\HTML Modules and similar text-based content.  Most of this can be fixed with simple T-SQL queries.
