Trying a new installation of 4.8.2.  Everytime the installation looks good, get no errors, creates the database (SQL 2005) and comes to the congratulations page where I press "Finish (Goto Site)".  The browser sits there forever and never does anything else.  Nothing else will work with the site from this point forward.

I am doing this with a 2003 R2 SP2 MS VM (1.5 gig ram), using a virtual directory (C:\InetPub\wwwroot\DotNetNuke) and a seperate application pool.  I have tried both the install package and the source package - same result on multiple attempts.  Dot Net v2 SP1.  Database is using SQL user with owner permissions (not windows integrated authentication).  VM hovers in the 90-100% CPU.

Anyone have similar experience with a solution?
