Ok, heres the situation,

I am taking a site that is already online, but is just in basic html currently and converting it to a dnn website.  So I installed DNN locally with the starter kit, everything went smooth, I successfully recreated the site using DNN.  Now, I need to upload the site to a the website on a preview.somesite.com, and I am not really sure how to do that.

Does the hosting server have to have DNN installed or do I just upload all of the files to the ftp site?

Once I have the files uploaded what else do I have to do?

Sorry if this has already been covered but I have done alot of searching and cannot find an answer.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
