I am trying to install a module i created. The installation runs successfully, but none of the database objects are created. Looking at the upload log, it appears the problem is that the SQL code is not executed. It is loading the SQL file. Does the file need a special name?

Greg - is there a reason you have SqlDataProvider.txt as your file name. Remove the .txt at the end and the PA Installer engine should process the sql scripts (this is of course assuming that your scripts are located within that file in question)..
