I have an older install 4.5.2 that has been running for over a year nicely. I'm trying to do some updating as the Host and suddenly I am running into File Permission errors. I can't see the files in the File Manager root directory, in modules where I need to access graphics in subdirectories I get messages in red that I don't have permssion to view these files.

As host I should be able to see all and change all yet don't see where this is coming from. I've done over 50 installations and never had this before. I'm asking here as this seems the best place to land this question.

In addition, when I go to open Host Setting sections I constantly get a pop up asking me if I'd like to change my Host password. All very weird.

Ideas?

John
