We are experiencing a very strange behavior with two of our three environments.  We are seeing the host and admin accounts not being simply locked out but being redirected back to the main login page.  This started happening with the host account about 15 days before the admin account likewise took the same behavior.  We have restored older database versions with no sucess in resolving the issue.  We are running the watchdog module and in DB traces we have seen lots of traffic with those components.

We are willing to attempt any resolution short of reinstalling the site.
