Hey guys,

I just downloaded DotNetNuke after I tried out the demo (wow, it looks amazing). Now, I'm interested in uploading the DNN system to my web host. I have checked that my host supports ASP.NET (my host is www.unoeuro.com). Can I just upload all the files and get going?

I bet it's not that simple (though I hope it is). I have been working with VBScript exclusively so my knowledge on ASP.NET is very limited.

I hope you guys can help me.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Sebastian

Wow, thank you both for the quick responses. I am glad to read that "installation on a hosted server [is] easier and quicker."

Now I have something to spend my weekend on.
