Hello All, I sure this subject has been beat to death several hundred times but since I'm new here(today) my sincere apologies.

I use Micro-soft web expressions and have been desperatly trying to create an asp.net form in one of my domains. After it is installed I get a runtime error advising me to access my root directory to re configure the web.config. configuration file. I have searched for this file on my server (of super bowl fame) and they say it's my issue or they can't support or ......... anyway I was directed here to find a solution, so please help thanks Gordosback

I am at a loss for what the Super Bowl has to do with any of this?

Also, are you developing an asp.net application and not an application built upon DNN (dotnetnuke)?

If so, you will need to create an application and most likely also create the web.config file.

If this is DNN related please elaborate further.

Thanks Chris, I As I said I use Expressions and have been trying to set up a password wizard/ login/ Etc. using the ASP.net forms available through the soft ware. I have had no luck. I contacted my server (Go-Daddy)  and was told I needed to access my root directory to re-direct the runtime error in the web.config file. I cannot locate this file anywhere so if you are familar with this process and have the patience to guide me there then that would be great. If not then is there anybody else that might respond to my problem. Thanks in advance. Gordo
