Hi and thanks in advance for any help.

I'm trying to install 4.08.04 on a remote host using the install wizard...

Have made it as far as the "Run Database Installation Scripts" screen.

things hum along for a bit then this:

"...undefined...Success
undefined...Success
undefined...FAILURE 400 - Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached."

Any hints on this are welcome... and if anyone can specifiy whether this is a DNN problem or a hosting issue I'd appreciate that too. This host is not very supportive so far.

Try Firefox for installation... Solved all my problems!

Hi Chris,

I am getting the sam error, and I deleted the references to the database in the database, so I could run the default.aspx again.  But then I get the error (yes, and this time in Firefox) /Application Error, etc.

How did you sort it out?  I have already deleted the database, and reinstalled it.  It hummed along fine, until the same as yours above (again for me).  I am getting desperate, I HAVE to get the site up.

Hi, I'm having the same issuse "undefined...Success".

I am attempting to install DNN 4.8.4 on my local machine.
XP Pro SP3
SQL 2005
DotNetNuke_04.08.04_Source.zip

Everything seems to work up to installing the database scripts.  In fact, the scripts do succeed to some extent.  The following table gets created:
DNNLogInVersion

And the following stored procedures get created:
DNNLoginFindDatabaseVersion
DNNLoginGetDatabaseVersion
DNNLoginUpdateDatabaseVersion

No views are created. 

But after that it justs keeps spitting out "undefined...Success" over and over again.

Any ideas?  I've checked the permissions on the folders, and on the SQL login.
