Just wondering if someone would be able to tell me how long it takes to install DNN? It's been running now for almost 4hrs, and is still going... Unfortunately the SQL server is off-site on a 100Mb/s dedicated link.

Also how large will the database be (currently 156Mb and counting...).

usually database install shall be finished within 2 minutes, otherwise sth went wrong and you should restart from the beginning. make sure, permissions have been granted sufficiently (the initial test only verifies top folder level permissions).

Not sure what happened the first time I ran it, but tried again with a new database and new source files and the permissions all set the same and it worked beautifully (and in about 30sec). Thanks for you help
