I downloaded the Blog_03.04.00_Install file because it wasn't part of my default installation of DNN version 4.08.

I have no idea how to install the stinker...

Log in with Host credentials and it can be installed under Host->Module Definitions.

I am logged in as admin. 

If that account does not have Host credentials, how do I create one with credentials...

If it does have Host credentials, then I cannot find where Host->Module definitions lives.
