I just (finally) got DotNetNuke (3.2.2) running on GoDaddy (note: I gave up on trying to get it to work in the root folder).

As I was starting to configure it, I added a module (3rd party) to the page. Somewhere along the lines I ended up with a duplicate navigation header. I swear to god I didn't do anything out of the ordinary, other than add modules to pages and configure them.

I've removed all the modules from the pages, deleted the pages but the double menu is still there. Here's a link:

It doesn't matter what skin I use, it still does this. I've also run the wizard to try to get it back to normal. Nothing seems to work. I really don't want to delete the database and re-upload all the files so hoping someone would have a more simpler answer.

Thanks!
