Having some trouble getting DNN 04.08.04 installed. See error below followed by connection strings and appsettings.

All suggestions welcome,

Error Installing DotNetNuke

Current Assembly Version: 04.08.04

ERROR: Could not connect to database specified in connectionString for SqlDataProvider

make sure, there has been a user "dnn" created and granted dbo permission for database "dnn" (needs to be created as well). Also, database server needs to grant sql server login (not integrated only).

Yes, I did all of that. I probably should have mentioned I am using SQL express on Windows XP. Anyway...I found a connection string which works for SQL Express (using SQL authentication). This seems to work fine when choosing the 3rd option of the install wizard (auto legacy install). The other 2 install choices just hang endlessly. So it would apear the install script is a bit buggy.
