I have applied the DNN 4.9 upgrade to both my 4.8.4 DNN websites and all seems OK. However, when in the text/html editor, I try to add an image using the traditional image icon which of course browses to my host filespace to view my current images. Alas, when I click the image icon I get the problem below (see jpeg below). This does not happen on my WebHost4Life website but happens on my UltimaHosts website.

It could just be an unfortunate coincidence that I have upgraded both sites and this has started to occur. It could be the provider maybe? Any ideas on what the problem might be or what to look at? I am able to copy pages by reference (for the images) with no problem (was doing it this morning despite the problem with the editor)... that is the resulting page has all the referenced images of the copied page. I can access my file manager OK and view files. Just seems to be the editor. Thanks in advance for any help here. Cheers MARK.

very strange, there might be an issue with the url, does it contain any special characters or sth like this?

Turn off friendly errors in IE.  Clear your browser cache.

this seems to be either a missing fck editor file or else your browser is incorrectly using an old version - try to press CTRL+F5 to force a refresh of the cached copies from the webserver to see if that resolves it.

Chances are this is the same issue I was experiencing (see http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/127/threadid/247501/scope/posts/Default.aspx).  Try viewing via FF you may get a more detailed error message.  Also if you have access to Windows Event Log, you should be able to get the full error message from there.
