Thank you for the reply.

I though the same for the tabs - to put them back in english. This i did since the first time of the error - with the clean install. But after i changed them back on english, the error was still avalaible.

And here is the answer of my hosting provider, they asked me for this info:

1. Character encoding of the website.
2. Database collation on your local machine.

Then, i gave them the info, and i am still waiting for an answer. And how you said, its something in IIS maybe.

Here is the answer from the hosting provider:

The error is happening because of invalid URL-

/%D0%9A%D0%BE%D0%BD%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%BA%D1%82%D0%B8/tabid/59/Default.aspx

After removing the Bulgarian path "%D0%9A%D0%BE%D0%BD%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%BA%D1%82%D0%B8" we could access the site without any trouble-

/tabid/59/Default.aspx

You need to correct the path in your DNN settings to fix this issue.

I am asking myself, why in the local develpment machine is working?

How is the best way to fix that?

1. Character encoding - UTF8
2. Database collation of the local DB - SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS

What are the above setting set to on the hosting provider?  There has to be someting different and these are the 2 most suspect settings.
