How to install DNN 4.02 on Oracle, if it is possible. Changes in web.config in connectstring doesn't work. Do I have to write your own provider ?

Yes, you'll need a data provider for Oracle. I saw one on SnowCovered, but it was for 3.1.1. There may be more around, but I haven't used and can't vouch for any.
