hi all,

i followed the stepts to install dnn 4.x (the startup kit) on vista with visual studio 2008 and i got stuck at the first stepts, basically the dotnetnuke visual studio template doesn't show up in visual studio 2008 when i try to create a new web site solution...

any help please?

i am dumb! i didn't see this template project is for VB language not C#... so VS was filtering out based on the language and my default language is C#...

sorry.

You dont need the starter kit to install DNN.  Use the install kit.  The starter kit is for those who want to develop new modules.  It is very badly named....
