so what do the files in the root do?  what's the difference between /Portals/0 and /Portals/_default?  there seems to be several 'skins' folders and several 'portals' folders. all of this seems a bit repetitive.  the whole structure is very confusing and i can't seem to find documentation explaining EXACTLY what folder/file does what.  i put my favion file in the root directory, but what if i add another portal?  where does that favicon go?

Portals/_default is the shared directory for installation wide skins, containers etc, accessible by host only, while Portals/0 (Portals/1, ...) are portal specific directories accessible by all users using file manager or URL control.
