Hello,

I have set up a website at www.bestwool.com

It has been running fine, but after changing the webhost and I can no longer install modules.

When trying to install the forums module I get a huge list of database errors starting with the errors shown below. It seems that DotNetNuke is unable to manipulate tables as required during the installation.

I can edit pages, inluding adding various modules to new pages as normal however.

Can anyone suggest what the problem is please.

there seems to be a problem with the database, maybe the user used in web.config does not have dbo permission, please check with your hosting company.

Thanks Sebastian,

Turns out that we didn't have our permissions set correctly for the database user that is specified in the web.config. This is described in the DNN installation guide in the section on installing for DotNetNuke 3.x, but is the same for DNN 4.x.
