Could some one please take a look at www.eofftech.com

I did the upgrade as I usually do. I was updating 4.08.xx to 4.09.00 and it said it updated fine, but when I click to the link a the bottom of he update the site came up not working with 2 lines saying:

An error has occurred.
An error has occurred.

I'm not sure what happened.

What package did you use to upgrade?

How did you perform the upgrade?

What version of IIS is this running on?

Did you backup your website and database before doing the upgrade?

Upgrade package/zip for 4.09.00

backed up site and DB and the copied the unziped upgrade contents to the site and call the web site url and the upgrade started and said it completed with a link at the bottom to go back to the website. I did and the error you see now at www.eofftech.com is what comes up now.

I'm using SQL 2000... would this be the cause?

sql2000 shouldn't be an issue.

Can you access your database? might try checking out the EventLog table in there to see if you can get a more accurate error of what is occuring.

select top 10 * from eventlog order by logcreatedate desc

I think that's the proper column name for the sort order
