After this the system show this page :

DotNetNuke Error: - Version 05.00.00

An unhandled error has occurred.

Return to Site

I tried to launch the system with Mozilla 3.0.4 and with Explorer 7.0

In the address bar I can read :

http://localhost/DNN50/Default.aspx?tabid=37&error=Object+reference+not+set+to+an+instance+of+an+object.&content=0

My system is a Xp sp3 with sqlexpress 2005 (SQL Server 9.0.3068).

Hi

I've installed the DNN50 rc2 on my machine

I renamed release.config and I copied into this the old connection string with new db name (DNN500 :) )

After this I launched the site and the installation works good without problem

Congratulations

Congratulations, you have successfully installed DotNetNuke.

  Finished (Goto Site)

Then, to the end of installation, I click on the button "Finished"
