the *.log files were removed in a recent version (4.8.4 as far as I remember), as there was a risk that their existance could allow people to profile the version of dotnetnuke running, so this message is out of date. I've recorded  a new issue @ http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=9055&PROJID=2 so we can reinstate database output files but ensure they can't be accessed to determine version.

This isn't any use to you sadly, i'm not sure what you could do - i'd recommend you roll back your version (i'm hoping you kept file and database backups), and try an upgrade locally from 4.9 to 4.9.1 and then run the 05.00.00.SqlDataProvider script via the host->sql menu.

Thanks for your answer, never had problems with upgrades for this have done it on my website, where I have only backup files, and the database does not, think will work?

without database bakup you are unable to revert to previous version and retry backup. Only option I see (no warranty included) is to re-execute /providers/dataproviders/sqldataprovider/05.00.00.sqldataprovider file from insite Host :: SQL menu item if accessible.
