I'm upgrading a 4.9.0 site to 4.9.1.

Must I completely again set up a new web.config file or can I just re-use the 4.9.0 web.config file??

Thank you, Tom

I can't really do that because my existing web.config is heavily customized for additional modules etc. and any comparison will be thrown off by this aspect.

Thank you, Tom

If you use the upgrade package, DotNetNuke will upgrade web.config automatically.

Be sure, though, to make backup copies of your web directory and database ... just in case.

It does? I always thought you had to modify the release.config and save it as web.config.  Can you explain this please?
