I have a strange problem after upgrading to DNN 5.0.0 from 4.9.0.

All icons in the menus ( Admin and Host ) have disappeared, when I look into the url to the image it looks like this:
http://www.ivanoff.info/Portals/0/~/images/icon_sitesettings_16px.gif

They worked before the upgrade.

Worth mentioning is that I upgraded to 4.9.1 first before going to 5.0.0 just for testing.

I have the same problem. I upgraded from 4.8.2 to 5.0.0.

To work around I create a folder with the name "~" under the portal folder. Then I copy the image folder from the Webroot in the new folder. Now it works for me, but I don´t know if that the right way ;-)
