I upgrade dnn from rom 4.8.4 to 4.9.1 for my current site.

   I download DotNetNuke_04.09.01_Upgrade.zip from www.dotnetnuke.com.

and overwrite files to my project file with DotNetNuke_04.09.01_Upgrade.zip.

How can I trigger a action to upgrade the database, such as storeprocedure?

Upgrading should be an automatic process that starts and completes the first time you visit your site after overwriting the files as you described. To be sure of what version you're running at, go to Host > Host settings to see which version you're on.
