I'd follow every little detail to Manually install DNN 4.0.2 in my hosting account in GoDaddy.com. and nothing.  I still can't make it run.

The first error received was that I have to set to "true" the settings for debugging in the web.config file.  Now I'm getting this:

Could not find file 'd:\hosting\blanketme\SiteUrls.config'.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'd:\hosting\blanketme\SiteUrls.config'.

Can you go to a 3.2.2 build and copy the siteurls.config file out of there and paste into the root directory. Apparently, this isn't meant to affect installs, but I found on my system it does, so I tried to copy and paste and it did the trick without any adverse affect.
