 I upgraded to 4.9.1 and everything worked fine after a week everything seem fine still, but I have an issue with a third party module, I did a lot of testing and I’m sure if I can run the upgrade again it will fix my problem, But I don’t know if this is possible. My question is it possible to install the upgrade again? And how?

Have you reinstalled/upgraded the third party module first? Why is reinstalling 4.9.1 going to fix your problem if everything apart from the third party module is working?

Please post some more details.

I already try what you suggested and thanks for your fast response.
 
Before I updated I tested the upgrade on a test system and it worked great. I’m thinking that when I did the upgrade on my production environment to 4.9.1 something that should’ve change didn’t. I’ve been having this issue since Monday last week. And I’ve done lots of test (on a copy of the virtual machine where my DNN installation is), testing it with my old version of DNN (4.7), installing 5.0, reinstalling the module, installing other core modules, and a bunch of other combinations; just to make sure that I could pinpoint where the problem was, and I came to the conclusion that there has to be something missing on the installation that’s on my productions environment.

So what's in the DNN install logs, was the install successful or were there errors? and any messages in the DNN event viewer?
