this seems like an issue with permissions. you might need to repair your .net installation on the server.

thank for replay 

                   But sir after repairing .net , in asp.net iis registration when i run command asp_regiis -ga 

is show directly choose application dailog box  .when i click notepad it show empty page .please help me sir  after all thing doing

i get error    "iis meatabase can not access."

still sounds like a security / permissions issue. You might get more help over at http://forums.iis.net or http://forums.iisfaq.net

That's not a DotNetNuke error, it's an IIS error.  See www.iis.net for help with IIS.  Or Google the error message for suggestions.
