I am having this issue on 5.00.01 at Newtonlake.com The register link on the User Log In module simply reloads the page when you click it. It is a different URL than the Register Icon.

From the User Log In module the link is:  Webform_DoPostBackWithOptions(new Webform_PostBackOptions("dnn$ctr$Login$cmdRegister", "", true, "", "", false, true))

From the Register Icon, the link is:  __doPostBack('dnn$dnnUSER$cmdRegister','')

Since the 5.0 release file structure is different than the 4.X release, any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated. I would love to get it corrected before I get a support ticket from my client.

Regards,
Ed Janx

 Hi Ed,

I am not seeing the behavior you have described at newtonlake.com (which looks great, by the way!).

I have, however, in the past seen this exact behavior when there is an exception being thrown by the underlying authentication system.  Check your event log to ensure that there is not some exception being thrown when the registration link is clicked.

Hope this helps!

Brandon
