I have a problem installing DNN on Windwos 2008 R2 RC. When I access http://localhost/dnn I get configuration error "Access to the path 'C:\www\dnn\web.config' is denied."

DNN is in folder c:\www\dnn. In folder security I've added Network Service account to have full control. Permissions are inherited by all child objects, including web.config. I still get the error above.

Did anyone tried installing on Windows 2008 R2?

Full control in \dnn or in \www?  The account will need at least read and file scan in c:\www to see the \dnn subfolder.
