Have you resolved this issue?

I'm trying to install @ GoDaddy & thought I had succesfully installed but I get an extremely similar message when I try & execute most options under Admin and Host...

Thanks!

Resolved:

Re-installed everything.  This time I did not select any optional modules (HTML only) or providers when installing.  Will install modules as needed.
