I've seen some of these errors posted but I don't see how to fix them.

Hi Mark,

I have rolled back to 4.9.4 by restoring a backup of the database and application. Just wondering now why these errors occur. My experience with the upgrades has always been that it is seamless and without problems.

Hope we can get a solution.

Rgds

Also noticed that when hovering over HOST options the icons for each choice aren't showing up anymore. I sure could use some help with this. Anybody got any ideas?
