We have a new server where we are running server DNN 3.2.2 sites with .Net 2.0.

All of them have the same problem, there is no folder list in the File Manager.  This happens in both the Admin and Host views, there is just an empty area where the folders should be.

I've checked permissions, ASPNET, NETWORK SERVICE, and IUSR all have privs on the Portals directory (and children).

I've added requestLengthDiskThreshold="8192" to the httpRuntime tag in the web.config.
I've added enableEventValidation="false" to the pages tag in the web.config.

This is a critical issue for us, any ideas?

Check Host > Lists. Do you have the same problem there? I had this problem. It was because I was missing some of the JavaScript files that were part of the release. I suggest you download the 3.2.2 install package and re-copy the js directory.

I have never used the Lists feature, but it appears to be working fine.

I resolved the File Manager issue by downgrading to .Net Framework 1.1.

This seems like a significant bug.

Interesting. 3.2.2 wasn't intended to be run on .NET 2.0, so that's not surprising. I know it's compilable, but as far as I know, this was done to ease future migration paths, not to run 3.2.2 on .NET 2.0. I think running on .NET 1.1 is the best option here. Honestly, I skimmed right over the fact that you said you were on 2.0. Huh...
