Hey, I am fairly new to this cms... but i have used it from ver 4.9.x onwards. Last night i went to upgrade from 5.0.1 to the latest 5.1.1 (5.0.1 worked fine) but i snagged a problem. No errors appeared during setup but when i logged into the Site Settings this is what appeared.

The help options aren't available and other things just aren't appearing.
