Hi there all.

I have a seemingly unresolvable issue running DotNetNuke in a Medium Hosted environment at 1&1 in Germany.  I believe the issue falls on my side and I don't have DotNetNuke correctly configured.

Basically, my website runs just fine from the following address: http://s285149839.online.de/staging/language/en-US/HOME.aspx

But when I try to access it from the subdomain http://staging.shamansemporium.com, which is configured to point at the staging folder in that webspace, it gives the notorious "The Resource Cannot be Found" Error...

Any ideas?  My instinct is telling me it is something to do with HTTP rewriting, the web.config, or fact that the application is not in the root of the webspace.

I cannot run the application in the root of the webspace, since the required security permissions for DotNetNuke cannot be set on the root directory of the webspace, only on a subdirectory.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts.  PLEASE HELP.  I need to go live with this application in ONE WEEK!!!!!!

Hi Jeff.

Unfortunately, YES.  Both my live www.shamansemporium.com and staging.shamansemporium.com domains are set up in DotNetNuke as portal aliases.  Can you think of any other issue?  I'm desperately clutching at straws here... Do you want to take a look at my web.config??
