 when i'm trying to access

Then i went to  Superuser Accounts  try to edit the adminfm user details then i got error like

An error has occurred.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.UserModuleBase.get_IsUser() at DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.UserModuleBase.get_IsProfile() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Users.ManageUsers.get_ModuleActions() at DotNetNuke.UI.Modules.ModuleInstanceContext.LoadActions(HttpRequest Request) at DotNetNuke.UI.Modules.ModuleInstanceContext.get_Actions() at DotNetNuke.UI.Containers.ActionBase.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

AFAIR there has been an issue with sueruser accounts, which has been solved recently, either for DNN 5.1.1 or 5.1.2

I suggest to upgrade to DNN 5.1.1 and retry.
