Yes, luckily my host had a recent backup - and the site is back up to where it was...

Its running version 04.05.01

What would the recommended upgrade steps be?

And where do I get older vesions of the DNN upgrade?

All DNN packages can be downloaded from dotnetnuke.codeplex.com, select the appropriate version in the selector on the right hand side.
