I just installed DNN on a Windows Server 2008 box with IIS7 and SQLExpress 2008. I set up a new site as an application in IIS7 and pointed to the directory c:\inetpub\wwwroot\cityofsequim. So I can browse to the  by going to http://localhost/cityofsequim, however if I try going to the site via http://www.cityofsequim.us, then I get the IIS 7 splash screen and can't do anything further form there. I did add the domain name to the portal settings on the site and in the PortalAlias db I made the domain name the first entry. and moved the local host to the last entry.  Any suggestions?

Ok I've seemed to made it so that I can access my site via the domain name. However, the navigation and other features on the site simple don't work. Infact my navigation menu is completely gone.

Could this have something to do with IIS7 not running ASP scripts or anything like that?

TIA

Does anyone have a solution for this? Or can someone point me to  a DNN or IIS guide / reference where I might be able to find a solution?
