I am having a similar problem on my GoDaddy site.

1. Installed DNN 4.9 to a subfolder (not the root) using the GoDaddy tools. I did not make any changes to the site content--I just logged in to look around a bit.

2. Uploaded the DNN 5.1.2 upgrade installation files.

3. Changed all folder permissions to read/write.

4. Ran the upgrade without error.

The site (http://meyerdev.net/app) is unusable

. At first it appeared to be a skin issue because many labels are missing, but attempting to update anything results in the "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" message.

The log entry is below. Any help would be much appreciated.
