We're running DNN 5.1.2 on IIS 6 and have created a new website. While adding pages to the new website, we've noticed the 'default' page template is missing in the Add Page form..  We've experimented by adding a page with bad results, pages are created but any child pages seems to disconnect the parent and child pages from the menu.   When the parent is in focus - The menu disappears....    we've checked the file directory and located the Portals\2\Templates\Default.page.template   but it missing in the add form.

So any suggestions are appreciated on to solve this.

AFAIK this is a known isssue, you might workaround by placing an empty HTML module on a page and export the page to template folder with proper name.
