Installing Database - Version 5.0.0...FAILURE 400
 

I am installing it on a MSSQL 2000, my Database User has db_owner Rights and the database is cleared, what can i do?

Usually this is because of a db_owner permission problem with the database as you've suggested. I don't think I've seen it in any other circumstances. You could try it without the prefix, I saw someone else you tried this and it worked.
