Hi!

  after I applied upgrade file to my portal everything was ok. But after I rebooted PC, i had got such error:

Server Error in '/' Application. Compilation Error Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately. Compiler Error Message: BC30002: Type 'DotNetNuke.Security.Permissions.PermissionProvider' is not defined. Assuming you haven't changed any of the core source files, I'd try re-extracting the upgrade files to the folder.  maybe something got removed?
