you need to add the portal alias with new domain address manually yourself, either via UI prior to the move (in Host :: Portals) or directly in the database, table PortalAlias.

Actually my problem was not about a portal alias related to an existing portal (portalID foreign key matching). But when i try to browse my website, that dnn try to add an alias with the wrong portalId : foreign key violation because the portal id = 0 doesn't exist. I found out the solution, DNN was thinking I was trying to install a new instance of DNN, that's why he was trying to add this mocked up portal alias. I just renamed the Install folder in _Install, and it was fixed.

What about upgarde? Then you can't upgrade your version then.

Yes true, it may a problem. Well I will address this problem when I will need to upgrade. Since we could have an answer for the dev team about this bug.
