I had some issues during installation of the binaries so I downloaded the latest stable sources and rebuilt/published DNN. I created a virtual directory / application and set the file permissions to full control for aspnet. I then created a new database on the same computer in SQL Server 2005 and added aspnet as the dbo owner. I went through installation wizard and everything tested just fine and it is now stuck on the database script install screen.

I've done this same process 3 times with the same results. All it says is:

Installing Database - Version 05.00.00...

I've traced the database and didn't see much action, so I don't know how much it's actually trying to do. This is pretty much all I see, over and over:

exec [DNN501].[sys].[sp_procedure_params_managed] @procedure_name=N'GetEventLogConfig',@procedure_schema=N'dbo'

Any help would be appreciated!

I suggest to start from scratch. make sure to create a blank database and grant dbowner permission to the account you are using.
