I already made dnn 4.8.2 installation and builded my portal on my computer. The problem comes when I published it and copied it to the server in office. When I try to browse/start it with iis I receive the following error:

Did you follow all the steps of transfering the installation?  You can't "build" a DNN app to deploy it.

Yes, I think I followed all steps. The site is starting perfectly on my computer without problems. I published the dnn site, after that copied it to the server in office. I restored the database file to the server and changed the connection string in web.config to point to this database. I don't have any idea how to fix this error.

Have you checked permissions?  Did you install a new copy of DNN on the server?

Jeff
