After an upgrade from DNN v5.01.04 to v5.02.00 (Community Edition), I get a "Host Settings is currently unavailable" when I try to access the host settings. I've copied the entire error below. The upgrade seemed to proceed normally and nothing else looks broken. I don't have any control over the server so I can't try stuff like restarting IIS. Any ideas?
